Return Policy

CARBONES reserves the right to replace defective parts. Some defective electrical parts "may" be replaced, one time, to be determined by a CARBONES representative. ALL returns subject to 25% re-stocking fee. If a part is deemed returnable the following conditions must apply:.

1. Part(s) must have CARBONES identifying marks.

2. Part(s) may not be custom body cut or special order.

3. Part(s) cannot be damaged or modified in any way.

4. Customer must have original receipt

Acceptable returns will be reimbursed via in-store credit, with an expiration date of 6 months of issue.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of the return item(s).
